Create a mailbox in the cPanel
The email used in the form HAS to have the same domain as the email address being used. If you haven't already created an email, do so now in cPanel Email Accounts.
Sending internally within the same server does not require a secure (SSL) connection. Therefore, we recommend using the following SMTP settings:
SMTP Server:
localhost
SMTP Username:
<The cPanel mailbox created above>
SMTP Password:
<The password for the mailbox you created>
Port:
25
SSL:
Off
FOR USERS OF G-SUITE and Office365 EMAIL
If you're still having trouble with your MachForm sending emails. please verify that your Email Deliverability
(in cPanel) is set to Automatic
.
If you need further help, please feel free to contact support and we'll be happy to get you going.
