Transferring a domain to Chillidog Hosting

Domain transfers can be initiated via the billing area. Most domains require an EPP or Auth code to authorize the transfer. This code is supplied by the current domain registrar. .co.uk and .uk domains do not require an EPP code. Prior to transferring you domain, please do the following items at the existing registrar:

1. Unlock the domain

2. Remove any Privacy or WHOIS protection

3. Update the contact information on the domain to a valid email address.

4. Request an EPP or Auth code (if applicable)

Once these steps are completed, you can order a domain transfer via the billing area. Transferring a domain will not change the name servers on the domain. This ensures that the website and email will continue to function.
