How do I update my billing email?

If you've changed your email and need to update the email address associated with your billing account, please:

  1. Log into the billing area with your old email address

  2. Visit the User Management section of the billing area

  3. Invite your new email to become a User on your account with All Permissions. You should receive an invite email to this email address.

  4. Accept the invite sent to your new email.

  5. Open a support ticket using your old email and billing account requesting us to change the Owner of your account to your new email.

  6. Future attempts to log into the billing area will then use your new email address.
